Requirements for Submissions
1. Language
English is the official language of the conference. All papers should be written and presented in English only.
2. Academic Ethics
Submitted articles must report original, previously unpublished work—experimental or theoretical—and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Plagiarism is considered unacceptable academic misconduct. If an author is found guilty of plagiarism, the following actions may be taken:
- Reject or delete the article from the final publication.
- Report the violation to the author's supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
- Report to the appropriate academic ethics office or funding agency.
- Reserve the right to publish the author's name(s), article title, affiliation(s), and details of the misconduct.
3. Formatting and Paper Length Limitation
Authors should use the official template when editing their paper.
Each paper must be at least 8 pages. One registration covers 10 pages, including tables, figures, and references. Additional pages will incur extra charges.
4. Submission Methods
Authors may submit either a full paper for presentation & publication or an abstract for presentation only.

Call for Reviewers
To ensure the quality of our proceedings and to better serve the academic community, we are now calling for reviewers from around the world.
Requirements:
- PhD degree or position of Professor/Associate Professor at an accredited institution.
- Significant expertise in your research field.
- Research area must align with the conference scope.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to return reviewed manuscripts within the given deadline.
- Willingness to review revised manuscripts after initial review.
- Respect confidentiality and not share or use unpublished material without authors’ consent.
