ICICM2021-The 11th International Conference on Information Communication and Management was held online during August 12-14, 2021. The conference covered various topics, including Data Science and Big Data Teaching, Computer and Communication Engineering, Information Education and Management Science, and more. Despite the pandemic, participants engaged actively in fruitful academic exchange.

We are honored to have received submissions from a wide spectrum of academic institutions. All papers were reviewed by qualified anonymous reviewers. We also welcomed distinguished keynote and invited speakers:
